We are looking for a Sales Agent with experience in sales to businesses in the HORECA sector in Barcelona, ​​to lead the development of the FireVolt charging station network in the city. This is a freelance position with a fixed monthly remuneration, subject to meeting objectives, and an additional commission for each installation carried out.

Who is FireVolt?
FireVolt offers a mobile phone power bank rental service, aimed at customers of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. We install compact charging stations in premises, where users can rent power banks (external batteries) for an affordable fee (€0.95 for 30 minutes). The stations are provided to premises at no cost or commitment. In high traffic or reference locations, we also offer a revenue share model for each rental.

Main Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and close installation agreements with commercial premises.
• Achieve monthly charging station installation targets.

Terms and Compensation:
• Fixed salary: €1,500 per month, contingent on meeting monthly installation targets.
• Additional commission structure for each successful installation:

1. Between €50 and €100 for each station installed in FireVolt-designated areas.
2. Higher commissions of up to €150 or €200 for installations in key locations from a list provided by FireVolt (additional locations may be added by mutual agreement).
3. For retail chains with up to 20 locations, standard rates of €50-100 per location apply. Commissions for chains with more than 20 locations will be negotiated separately.

Monthly Payout Based on Target Achievement:
• Reach 100% of monthly target to receive full salary.
• For achievements between 70% and 100% of the target, the fixed salary will be adjusted proportionally (for example, €1,050 for reaching 70% of the target).

Sales tools:
• Sales materials and support.
• Corporate email.
• Technician in charge of carrying out the installations.
• List of recommended premises for the installations
• If necessary, the agent can recruit and manage other sales agents, sharing commissions with them.

Future opportunities:
After a stable and successful performance in meeting the monthly objectives, there is the possibility of obtaining a permanent contract and expansion of the sales territory.
